The Lakonia Coil Sprung Divan Bed Set is a great bed with mattress set that combines modern comfort with traditional craftsmanship. At the heart is a 13.5 gauge open coil spring system to give the perfect balance of support and give. Medium firmness for proper spinal alignment and pressure relief, suitable for most sleepers. Handmade in the UK with generous layers of fillings surrounded by a quality Belgian damask fabric for a lovely sleeping surface that will keep its plushness over time.
One of the features of the Lakonia mattress is the hand tufted finish which locks the fillings in place for added durability and structure. Being a double sided mattress it can be flipped and rotated periodically to ensure even wear and consistent comfort. Turn handles are stitched around the sides making this task easy and allowing you to enjoy the mattress’s original support for years to come.
Underneath the mattress is a robust divan base made from white wood timber with strong corner joints for extra stability. Available in 6 standard sizes and custom sizes upon request it will fit any bedroom. Beyond the sturdy build the base can be configured with over 5 drawer storage options to store extra bedding, pillows or clothes out of sight yet within easy reach.
