These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes arising from your use of the website or services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes provided at checkout, but delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Once goods have been delivered to the address you provide, risk of loss or damage passes to you. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or absence, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Our Returns Policy explains the conditions under which items can be returned and refunds requested. Certain products, such as made-to-order or customised items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to inspection of returned goods.

Some of our products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties cover specific defects in materials or workmanship for a set period. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Some of our mattresses may come with a sleep trial period, giving you the opportunity to try the mattress at home for a specified time. If during this period you decide the mattress isn’t right for you, you may be eligible to return it, subject to the conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Please note that a collection fee of £60 will apply for returned mattresses under the sleep trial. Only products explicitly advertised as including a sleep trial are eligible for this feature.
