We strive to provide a swift and straightforward returns service. Although we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Here is how you can proceed if you decide to return a purchase:
At Comfybedss, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That is why we offer a straightforward returns policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
If you would like us to arrange a courier collection for your return, a charge of £60 will apply. This fee covers the cost of collecting and safely transporting the item back to us. Alternatively, you are welcome to organise your own return if you prefer.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we can arrange an exchange to put things right. To help us resolve this quickly, all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our delivery partner will always allow you time to check your goods before you sign to confirm they have been received in good condition.
Please note that once the delivery note is signed without any issues raised, it may affect the outcome of a damage claim. However, we will always do our best to resolve the matter fairly and ensure you are satisfied.

Please be aware that once an item has been assembled, we are unfortunately unable to accept it for a refund. Assembly alters the condition of the product, making it unsuitable for resale as a new item. We implement this policy to maintain the high standards of quality and satisfaction that all our customers expect from Comfybedss. We highly recommend that you carefully review your purchase and confirm it meets your needs before proceeding with assembly. Do I Have To Pay For The Return?

Yes, exchanges are possible if you’d prefer a different size, style, or colour. Any price difference will either be refunded or charged accordingly. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Please note a fee of £60 will apply for redelivery.
How Do I Return My Bed?
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your bed within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To arrange a return, just complete the form above.
