Delivery options Made Easy for you!

At Comfybedss, we want your delivery experience to be as smooth as possible. Orders placed before 10am are processed the same day, while those placed after 10am are handled the next working day. Once confirmed, your order is sent to production where it’s carefully handcrafted, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

When your order is ready, our trusted delivery partners will be in touch. Within one to three days of collection, you’ll receive an email confirming your delivery date and a convenient four-hour time slot. We’ll always ask for your confirmation before proceeding, and on the day itself you’ll get a call or text around 10–30 minutes before the team arrives.

Every order includes free 2-man room of choice delivery across most UK postcodes. The team will carry out a quick access check to ensure the items fit safely into your chosen room. If stairs, doorways, or hallways are too narrow, delivery may be limited to the ground floor. For flats above the second floor, an additional £15 per floor applies, provided this is arranged in advance.

For customers in remote locations such as parts of Upper Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands, a delivery surcharge may apply. These charges range from £25 to £120 depending on your postcode. Standard mainland addresses remain completely free of charge.

If you’re unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, a redelivery fee of up to £80 may be applied, with £60 added per additional item. To avoid this, we ask all customers to confirm the proposed delivery time when contacted. In cases where delivery charges remain unpaid after 24 hours, the order may be cancelled and subject to a 50% restocking fee.

We also offer optional extras to make your experience easier. Packaging removal is available for £25, and mattress or bed removal for £50. These services can be added after your order has been placed if required.

Finally, please check your items carefully on delivery and report any defects within 48 hours. Signing for delivery confirms receipt, so any visible damages should be noted with the courier at the time. For security, we may also request verification if the billing and delivery addresses don’t match.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Most orders are delivered within 7 working days. Once your order is prepared and collected by our delivery partner, you’ll receive an email with a confirmed delivery date and a 4-hour time slot. On the day, you’ll also get a call or text around 10–30 minutes before arrival so you can be ready.

Will You Deliver To My Room Of Choice?

Absolutely. Our 2-man team will carefully place your new bed or mattress in the room you choose. Before carrying it in, they’ll carry out a quick access check to make sure your item fits through hallways, stairs, or doorways safely. If access isn’t possible, delivery may be made to the ground floor. Flats above the second floor may incur a small additional charge per extra floor.
