All of our mattresses are eligible for our Sleep Trial, so you can relax knowing you’re free to try your new mattress properly at home. Whether you’ve chosen a memory foam, hybrid, or pocket sprung mattress, you’ll have time to see how it feels night after night before fully committing.

If it’s not quite right for you, we make the process simple and fair, giving you the option to exchange your mattress once per order for a small one-off fee. This way, you can shop with confidence and focus on finding the right comfort and support for a great night’s sleep.

Your Sleep Trial starts from the day your mattress is delivered. From that moment, you can sleep on it in your own home and give your body time to adjust, so you can be confident it’s the right choice for your comfort and support needs.

Yes, there is a one-off £75 exchange fee. This covers the collection of your original mattress and delivery of the replacement, helping us keep the process simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Yes, we ask that you keep and use your mattress for a minimum of 14 days before requesting an exchange. This allows your body enough time to adjust and helps you properly assess the comfort and support of your new mattress.

We don’t offer returns under the Sleep Trial, but you can exchange your mattress if it’s not quite right for you. Each mattress can be exchanged once per order for a one-off £75 exchange fee.

If you choose to return the mattress instead of exchanging it, a 50% restocking fee plus a £75 collection fee will apply. This helps cover manufacturing, handling, and collection costs.

Once your mattress is collected as part of an exchange, it is passed to a specialist distributor for responsible recycling and disposal for hygiene purposes. We do not sell seconds or used mattresses, so this process ensures materials are recovered where possible, helping reduce waste and keep mattresses out of landfill while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

If you’re still unsure, you have up to 30 days from the date your mattress is delivered to request an exchange under the Sleep Trial. This gives you plenty of time to fully assess the comfort and support before making a final decision.
