Delivery

This product includes free two man premium white glove delivery. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be processed within 48 hours. We will then email you with details of your appointed delivery partner.

You will receive a 3 hour delivery time slot the day before delivery, and on the day of delivery you will also receive a tracking link with live tracking. The delivery team will call around 30 minutes prior to arrival.

If the proposed delivery is not suitable, it can be declined at no extra charge, and the delivery partner will do their best to accommodate your needs.

For this product, you can select assembly and old bed disposal at checkout. Old bed disposal applies to divan bases & bed frames only and must be disassembled before delivery. These services can also be added after placing your order if required.
