Essential Back Support

Headboards are installed behind the head of your double bed to not only spruce up your bedroom décor, but to keep you supported. These structures offer a cushioned surface for you to sit back and rest against, providing essential neck and spinal support. What's more, they also prevent you from sitting uncomfortably while trying not to fall between your wall and bed base.

Pick a Style That Suits You

Whether you're looking for a bold statement piece or something with timeless appeal, we have the perfect headboard within our extensive range. Thanks to our incredible range of designs, styles, and fabric options, you'll easily find a double headboard for your bedroom. Upholstered fabric headboards can help to enhance your bedroom décor and give your bed frame a modern, cohesive look. Whichever headboard you select, it's guaranteed to boost the appearance of your bed and room.

Strutted or Floor-Standing Headboards

Explore our impressive selection of sleek and contemporary strutted headboards and luxurious floor-standing styles. The designs we have on offer exude elegance and aesthetic appeal, the ideal way to enhance your relaxation and sleep experience. Double-strutted headboards are an affordable yet chic option, while floor-standing headboards are a more luxurious choice that makes for the ultimate centrepiece.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’re buying your first bed or upgrading to something new, we make the process smooth from start to finish. And whenever you need us, our team’s right here to guide you.

Do I need a double headboard?

Strictly speaking, your bed doesn't actually need a headboard to function. Still, double headboards offer many practical and decorative advantages, so we highly advise using one.

Headboards prevent damage to walls - Keep your room looking immaculate for longer with a protective double headboard. Headboards act as a shield, preventing your bed base from rubbing against your wall and chipping paintwork or ripping wallpaper.
Double headboards support you - Headboards act as a supportive frame, providing a cushioned barrier to rest your back and head as you read or watch TV.
Headboards protect you from the cold - Your walls become colder during winter, especially in homes with poor insulation. A fabric double headboard provides extra insulation between your bed and wall to keep you warm, unlike traditional metal double headboards.

What's the difference between strutted double headboards and floor-standing headboards?

Strutted double headboards feature two vertical struts that attach to the bed frame and sit just above the mattress. Floor-standing types extend from the floor to well above the mattress, attaching securely to both the bed base and the wall.
