The Matilda Kids Winged Fabric Bed with Safety Rails is designed to create a sleep space that feels both cosy and secure, while adding a more statement, upholstered look to a child’s bedroom.
In this image, the Matilda is finished in a sleek black fabric, giving it a bold yet versatile appearance that works well in both modern and more neutral interiors. The tall winged headboard is a standout feature, with vertical panel detailing that adds depth and a more premium feel. The winged sides gently wrap around, helping to create a more enclosed and comforting space for your child to relax and unwind.
The integrated safety rails on both sides blend seamlessly into the frame, offering added protection through the night. This makes the Matilda a great option for children transitioning into their first proper bed, or for those who benefit from a more supportive and enclosed design.
Beyond its style, the bed is designed with everyday practicality in mind. It’s available with optional ottoman storage, providing a convenient way to store toys, bedding or other essentials neatly out of sight. With over 30 fabric colours available, you can easily tailor the bed to suit your child’s room, whether you prefer something bold like this or a softer, lighter tone.
The Matilda is available in both single and small double sizes, making it a flexible choice as your child grows and their needs change.
