At the heart of this bed set is a hand made mattress built on a 13.5 gauge open coil spring system that is firm yet inviting. Medium firmness rating, the mattress is perfect balance of resilience and softness, a haven to rest your body with generous layers of premium fillings. Encased in a quality Belgian damask fabric cover, each mattress is hand tufted to perfection, adds a touch of craftsmanship and sophistication. Double sided with turn handles, makes it easy to rotate and flip, to ensure even wear over time and extend the life of this beauty.
Lakonia mattress is available in 6 standard sizes and custom sizes on request, so it will fit any bedroom. It sits on an ottoman side lift divan base made from FSC certified MDF wood. The base is 18mm thick and lined with 8mm MFC veneered board, using sustainable materials without compromising on strength or style. Cleverly designed, the base has 4 times more storage than a traditional divan bed, with an internal depth of 22cm to store your bedding, seasonal clothes or treasured keepsakes.
Functionality is key in the Lakonia design, with integrated gas lift pistons for smooth and easy access to the under-bed storage. The base has 600N gas lift pistons for 3ft, 4ft, 4ft6, 5ft and 6ft and 400N pistons for 2ft6. This clever engineering makes it hassle free and convenient to organize your space. With traditional craftsmanship, luxurious materials and smart features, the Lakonia Coil Sprung Ottoman Side Lift Bed Set will turn your bedroom into a haven of comfort and sophistication.
