At the heart of this set is a mattress made up of 2000 pocket springs. Each spring works independently to mould to your body, to give targeted support and relieve pressure points. Medium/Firm firmness rated this mattress is the perfect balance of soft and support for all sleeping types.
The mattress is wrapped in a beautiful Belgian damask cover that looks elegant and is durable and soft. Underneath the cover layers of intelligent fibre and anti allergenic fillings create a hygienic and calming sleep environment. The materials not only add comfort but also reduce allergens making it perfect for sensitive sleepers. Double sided design means even wear and longer life with the added convenience of being able to flip the mattress with built in turn handles.
The mattress sits on an ottoman side lift divan base made from FSC certified MDF wood. The base has an 18mm thick frame with an 8mm MFC veneered board. Four times more storage than a traditional divan bed, the base has an internal depth of 22cm so you can store bedding, seasonal items or personal treasures discreetly.
The bed set comes with 600N gas lift pistons for the 3’ to 6’ sizes (3’, 4’, 4’6”, 5’ and 6’) and 400N pistons for the 2’6” size. This mechanism gives smooth and easy side lift and access to the storage space.
